Juan C. Velasquez, Esq.
Mr. Juan C. Velasquez, Esq. earned his B.A. from Florida International University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) organization. Mr. Velasquez was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010.
Mr. Juan Velasquez has years of experience in the areas of Criminal Defense, Property Damage Insurance Claims, Personal Injury (wrongful death and nursing home negligence), Immigration, Family Law, Employment Law, and Foreclosure Defense.
Mr. Juan Velasquez is a member of the Florida, Texas, and Colorado Bar and is admitted in the U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida and US Federal Court for the Northern District of Texas.
